What’s new and different?
Has it really been so long since I last posted? What a whirlwind month it’s been!
Avery and I took over Friday night classes at Alpha Books in downtown Phoenix, and that’s been keeping us on our toes. On top of that, we spent much time working on details for the Witches Ball which took place last Saturday night. I was running the midnight ritual and Avery was helping out with music and other things. Pagan Pride also took place this month, where I presented a class on the history of Druidism and how to apply it today. It was well-received, and is a great lead-in for the series of classes, Druid Basics, which I will be teaching this month.
In addition, I have taken over the accounting duties for Club Entrepreneur, the brainstorm of Peter Burns III – an amazing collaborative effort of over 5000 entrepreneurs. Wow. Can you say CHALLENGING? I spend about 15-20 hours a week on this, and so far I have barely scratched the surface. The environment is fun, dynamic, and ever changing. I have the privilege of working closely with Peter and with Ana Hawk, the director of TradeSource for Club E. Talk about a person who can make things happen! If you have ever wanted to know more about barter, she is the one who can tell you. I am convinced that barter will be the currency of the future, so it’s a really good idea to get used to it now.
Speaking of which, I am now offering my life coaching on barter, and if you are a member of TradeSource, I can even let you attend my classes for barter.
Today, Avery also bought a tool to help in a new business he is starting – but I will save that for another post.
