Be in your Greatness

July 19, 2012

The THIRD Law of Success is Self-Confidence! You need CONFIDENCE to move forward towards your Definite Chief Aim. Self-Confidence comes from believing in yourself and knowing your worth. Image

What are some of the ways that you can develop Self-Confidence?

Napoleon Hill recommends Auto-Suggestion, which is similar to what is currently widely known as affirmations. In other words, you repeatedly tell yourself positive statements to increase your belief in yourself. Repetition goes a long way to changing subconscious beliefs you that are keeping you from your own greatness. In the Law of Success, as well as in Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill suggests that you read his Self-Confidence Formula every day.

A lack of self-confidence often comes from having fears. When you realize that how you think influences what you attract into your life, you realize that having fears are a sure way to bring what you fear into your life. Therefore, it is important to acknowledge the fear and then think about what you want instead, and how you can go about getting it.

One of the best ways to develop self-confidence is to remember a time in your life when you felt completely confident and on top of your game. Visualize that moment, feel it fully, be in it again, and let it fill you. Then anchor the feeling by grabbing your wrist. When you need confidence in any situation, you can just grab your wrist again and be in that state again. Practice this often, and you will find that you can be that lion in the mirror!

Where are you going?

July 18, 2012

ImageWhen you are going on a trip, it usually helps to have a destination. Otherwise, how will you know when you get there? When you know where you are going, you can choose the route to get there. It can be the FASTEST way, and you can get there very quickly, or it can be the slow, meandering route that allows you to stop and see a lot of sights. It really depends on you and your choices.

The SECOND lesson in the Laws of Success is the most important of all. It’s about your Definite Chief Aim. A Definite Chief Aim is the number one absolute essential on the path to success. Success is defined as the development of the power with which to get whatever one wants without interfering with the rights of others.

Napoleon Hill found that the main reason that 95% of the people do NOT have more success is because they don’t have a clearly defined and attainable Definite Chief Aim or they don’t like what they are doing.

Do you know where YOU are going?

A Master Mind IS Power

July 17, 2012

The FIRST Law of Success is to be a part of a Master Mind.

According to Napoleon Hill, a Master Mind is a “mind” that is developed through the harmonious cooperation of two or more people who ally themselves for the purpose of accomplishing any given task. When like-minded people join together toward the same end, the whole becomes more than the sum of its parts and everyone benefits.

EVERY successful person is part of a Master Mind group.

Do you have a group of people that you work with regularly to inspire and support each other?

I have found that one of the best aspects of being involved in any sort of network marketing opportunity is the folks you meet along the way. I have some people I can go to with any questions. The community makes ME aware of other opportunities that are in alignment with my own goals. For example, it was through my Internet Marketing Master Mind that I heard of this amazing opportunity that is taking the internet by storm. People have already earned thousands of dollars in just a few short weeks. You’ve got to check this out: EZ Money Method

THAT’S the power of the Master Mind!

The Secrets to Longlasting Success

July 16, 2012

Back in the day, Napoleon Hill was commissioned by Andrew Carnegie to do a 20 year study on what makes someone successful. What Napoleon Hill found is that there really IS a formula. He shared that formula in his greatest work, The Law of Success, in 16 Lessons, which he published in the 1920’s and began presenting around the country. Read more…

Confession: I am an Internet Marketer

June 29, 2012

OK, it is now very clear to me that I am addicted.

My name is Linda and I am an Internet Marketer. Has anyone created an I.M. Anonymous yet?

Truth is, I am really just a babe in this industry – not even half a year yet. But I am beginning to see the light…

It really ISN’T about just one business. There may be one business that you are building, and really focused on. There MAY be. But what I am seeing is that people jump onto all sorts of things that don’t take a lot of attention and work to maintain, and let them run as they focus on their main squeeze. Read more…

The Value of Ritual

April 28, 2012

I recently read a book called “Spiritual Hunger,” by Dr. Allan G. Hunter, in which he talks about how we, as Americans, tend to chase after empty, materialistic dreams to the point that we are disconnected from the Earth Itself. Although I agree that the dreams CAN be empty, I also know that having material objects does NOT mean we cannot live fulfilled, satisfying lives. However, I do agree that the objects, in and of themselves, offer no real meaning.

Hunter discusses the importance of establishing meaningful rituals to reconnect us to the sacredness of life and to each other. Read more…
