Cruisin’ along

February 2, 2011

My partner and I just got back from a most excellent cruise through the Caribbean Sea.

Linda and Avery January 2011

The cruise was amazing! All of the people on the cruise were members or guests of the Global Information Network, so it was one big ship of 2400 like-minded people; people who care about themselves, their well-being, the well-being of the planet, and success. There is NOTHING like it! Everyone we talked with, friend and stranger alike, had something in common with us.

One of my favorite new acquaintances included the man from Canada who has developed the Breathing Wall system – an amazing bio-system utilizing plants from the rain forest that will make your home healthier. Check out the link – I am sure you will be as impressed as I am. In fact, I was also duly impressed that his logo is so much like mine, although they were developed independently and for different reasons. Coincidence? I think not.

Another one is an artist who has studied yoga for over twenty years She and her husband were interesting breakfast companions.

I also had the extreme good fortune to receive an energetic treatment from Fred Van Liew, which has jump-started me into a whole new phase of health.

Each day on the cruise, we had workshops and seminars to attend. Each of them was jam packed full of awesome information. I learned so much! But even better than the information was the high energy that permeated the ship.

Best of all, though, was the fact that I LOST 2 pounds! How many people can go on a luxurious cruise and LOSE weight? I did it because I have been following the plan laid out by my nutritionist, Debbie Cyrel, of Return to Health. In fact, I have started a separate blog on my progress with that system. I am feeling so much better these days, and I am very excited to be returning to dynamic, vibrant health. This is only the beginning!

Thanks, Charlotte. I felt so luxurious!

Most of what I learned has to do with where I focus my attention. It’s not a new concept, but more and more I am realizing the importance of being vigilant with every thought. It was all about developing relationships, networking, having the right mindset to do whatever it takes to achieve success, and actual demonstrations of what the mind is capable of doing, not to mention learning more about the opportunities inherent within membership in the Global Information Network! I love this club!
