I know! That’s how I felt about the weight too! Crazy! But the proof is in the loss of inches. As for my blood sugar – I have been working with a nutritionist to get off meds. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 18 years ago, and I have kept myself off of insulin, but I know the oral meds aren’t doing me any good either, so I am weaning off of them. I am SOOO happy that my blood sugar is becoming normalized!
